Where are you based and how far will you travel?

We are based in Cardiff Bay. We are happy to travel two hours in any direction from Cardiff.

Should we have a wedding video as well as photos?

Wedding photographs are really important for capturing your special day. What about hearing the reactions of your guests that you may have missed or seeing the laughter and tears of your family and friends that you did not have the time to take in. You will be able to watch your wedding video over and over again reliving your wedding day in all its magical glory.

Are you fully insured?

Most definately. We have comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

How long after the wedding will I have to wait for my photographs and video?

We personally edit all our photographs and video footage. So depending on the time of year, we try our best to turn around your photos and video within 4-6 weeks.

Do you do wedding albums?

We do not currently offer this service. We believe that this area of wedding photography is where prices are unnecessarily inflated. We like to keep things straightforward and transparent. Yor local supermarket or reputable online companies such as www.phjotobox.co.uk are able to print your images and make albums for a fraction of the cost that some photographers charge.

How many images will we get and are we able to print them?

Once the editing process is complete, you will receive a link to your wedding photographs and video. During the editing process we will crop and adjust the lighting of your images to make them look fabulous. We believe that the images you receive should be a true reflection of the day and of the people attending. As such we do not do cosmetic or”Instagram” editing.

We believe that quality is more important than quantity so the 200-400 images that you will receive will be the best of the bunch. Depending on whether you have booked us for a half or full day package, your video would usually be between 25-60 minutes long. As both the photos and video reside in a cloud server this means that they can be easily shared with your family and friends living anywhere in the world for 6 months. With regards to printing, all the images are of the highest resolution so can be printed as big as you like.

We would like some formal group shots as well as candid couple shots. Would this be okay?

We encourage our wedding couples to have a shot list of any group shots they would like. We always like to get that all important group shot as soon as possible, as your guests are probably going to be wandering off to say hello to all those people they haven’t seen in ages and most likely some much needed refreshments too. We also like to take candid shots during the day. Candid shots are basically unposed, spontaeneous pictures which capture the atmosphere of the day.

How much time will we have for couple shots?

Whenever possible and time permitting, we love to spend around 20-40 mintues with our bridal couples to capture those special portait shots.

Do we need to feed you on the wedding day? Do you have any dietary requirements?

We won’t lie - We LOVE food! It’s a long day for us and we would really appreciate being fed. We don’t expect the same as your guests. Burger, pizza or fish and chips is just fine for us, as long as we get a hot meal, that would be amazing. You wouldn’t want us passing out on the floor. We have no dietary requirements.

Can we meet up for a chat?

Most definately. We love to meet all our bridal couples where possible for their big day. We can plan to meet up face-to-face or we could arrange a online meeting if you prefer.

How do we book you for our wedding?

If you have decided that you would love to book us for your wedding then that is great news! All you need to do is let us know! We’ll send you a booking form which sets out what we’ve agreed along with payment information. We’ll need a deposit to secure your wedding date in our diary and this can be sent by bank transfer.
